Our client is a globally established Oil & Gas field Product Manufacturer, Contractor and Specialist Service Provider with extensive facilities and interests across the Middle East, Asia Pacific and the Americas. They are looking to recruit a head of their industrial support service business, predominantly focused on high specification pumping and rotational equipment across the Oil & Gas and Power sectors.

The Role

• Will be a direct report to the President and will have a remit to grow the current turnover of circa $20m significantly whilst improving current commercial returns.
• Operating across a broad geographic and technical spectrum you will focus on high end value business providing both premium products and support services to clients.
• Direct and control the production of components and products volume which will be driven by the market sector demands and results of the sales team.

The Person

• You will have a proven track record of operating successfully in the high end manufacturing pumping and rotating equipment aftermarket and be able to demonstrate appropriate commercial returns from the Middle East market.
• Having held full P&L responsibility you will appreciate the necessary balance of production and supply in a growing business and be sufficiently commercially astute to control profitability.
• You will be keen to lead an exciting business which is focused on teamwork, generating prudent profitable growth through the delivery of a high quality product and service.
