Wages / Salary: 250 BHD per month
· Administrative assistants to work for managers and executives.
· Need strong secretarial skills. They frequently need computer skills to deal with budgets, word processing, and desktop publishing. Good writing and analytical skills are a requirement.
· Maintain and update files and databases, make logistical arrangements for internal and external meetings, and other special events or international conferences, and maintain the Director’s calendar including scheduling appointments, conference calls and meetings;
· To support staff recruitment procedures including attendance, vacancy and other HR reports.
· Other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
· At least 3 years of work experience in a private or public organization
· Excellent communication and organizational skills;
· Commitment to working as a member of a team;
· Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure;
· Discretion and ability to handle confidential issues;
· Pleasant, diplomatic manner and disposition in interacting with senior management, co-workers and the general public;
· Extensive computer skills (expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet required).
· Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned at the required level.
· Ability to work with individuals from different cultural/national backgrounds; good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to manage priorities and workload within general schedule of work, instructions and standardized practice.
